We have a requirement for a 12 month placement/maternity cover for a Sales & Marketing Assistant/Coordinator to join our team at Robinson Brothers and Endeavour Speciality Chemicals. In this role, you will be able to share your ideas and creativity to enhance the position of Robinson Brothers and Endeavour Speciality Chemicals as leading UK chemical manufacturers. This will be achieved through the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to meet business goals.

Working with R&D and the commercial team, you will help to develop and deliver targeted marketing campaigns. Working at Robinson Brothers, you will gain experience across the different areas of the portfolio, including an understanding of our rubber accelerators product range, high impact aroma chemicals and fine chemicals.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

• Implementing, monitoring, and reporting of marketing campaigns
• Sales data reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Assisting the commercial team with market search and sales data requirements
• Processing new product enquiries with the New Products Manager
• Assist with budget management
• Create relevant content for the websites, ensuring it is kept up to date
• Managing social media channels
• Creative content writing
• Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.
• Organise and oversee advertising and communication campaigns (social media, internal newsletter, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events

Requirements:

• A degree background that demonstrates business, marketing, sales and analytical skills OR studying towards a degree in life sciences, chemistry, biology or similar with an interest in business
• Proficient use in Microsoft packages, particularly Word and Excel for reporting
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities
• Creativity and commercial awareness

Salary will be dependent on your skills and experience.
