A vacancy has arisen to join the Engineering Department. The successful candidate will be an experienced storeperson. You will need to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with a range of departments to ensure that daily goals are achieved.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience listed below:

• Mechanical parts ordering and stock control
• Goods inwards and outwards
• Supplier contact
• Computerised stock system – Data entry etc.
• Other general stores duties

Qualifications/Training:

• Basic Mechanical Engineering training
• FLT licence
• Ideally you will need to have previous experience of working within an engineering stores role.

Salary is circa £20.5K dependant on experience plus 25 days paid holiday (and all UK Bank Holidays), a 38 hour working week (Mon to Fri 7.54am to 4pm), paid sick scheme, free life assurance and access to a stakeholder pension scheme, based in West Bromwich, West Midlands.
